Hey there,
I’m Victoria Baxter!

Most of my life I wondered, "What am I going to do with my life?"

You know, I changed my major six times in college- I tried everything from molecular biology, to hospitality management, and landed in elementary education. I even managed to score Rookie Teacher of the Year in my first year teaching, then gave that up to travel to 11 countries in 11 months on a mission trip. I've been a camp counselor, lifeguard, and even tried telemarketing for about a week. Not to mention the sweet gig at Universal Orlando as a "scareactor" in a haunted house. Needless to say, I've tried a lot of things.

The thing that remains true to this day: I want to honor Jesus with my life, be true to who I've been created to be, and I want to encourage and love people really well.

I've always wanted to be an actress. The only reason I did all those other things was because I was trying to a find a "Plan B" since I was told "Plan A" wouldn't work. I spent far too long believing that acting was just a hobby and nothing more. They say Creatives must be crazy in order to try to pursue their passions as a career. Well, they're not wrong, I just finally got around to trusting God's plans, and being courageous enough to take some really big steps.

I am an actress: a creative, a storyteller, an entertainer, a truth-teller.

I am created as a shining light, overflowing with joy. I hope the stories I tell make people laugh, cry, dream, and be changed. And I pray I inspire others to boldly live the life their called to. You got this.

xoxo,

Victoria

The Story

Victoria Ashley Baxter was born in Toms River, New Jersey, to Robert and Jennifer Baxter. She grew up in Pine Beach, New Jersey until she and her family settled in Boca Raton, Florida in 2000. Victoria has a younger sister, Jacqueline, a registered nurse.

From a young age, Victoria was noted for her love to perform-- whether in the realm of theater, dance, or as a competitive gymnast, it was clear she was meant to light up a room and inspire others. Her first "real taste" of a full-fledged musical was her high school performance of "Grease" as Cha-Cha DiGregorio, a role she landed due to her strong gymnastics and dance background, along with her singing and acting capabilities.

Victoria graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, with a minor in Hospitality Management. She holds a K-5 Elementary Education Certification from the Florida Department of Education. During her time there, she performed in theater productions for her local church and community. She performed as a vocalist for the band, The Caretakers. Throughout college, Victoria booked several independent and student films through Full Sail University, which inspired her to venture into the professional acting world. She signed with her first talent agency in 2012 in Orlando, Florida.

In 2017, Victoria moved to Atlanta where she continues to pursue her professional acting career full-time.
